Our room had a nice bathtub, the place was very clean, in a great location near a train station, and we enjoyed unwinding at the nearby Blue Heaven Bar.

we had a neat and spacious room with city view. all the employees were very supportive and extremely helpful. the excellent and fantastic location was close to crystal palm mall.

Excellent hotel, it offers good services and magnificent location so close to the train station as well as the city center. The rooms are neat and reasonably spacious and they have climate control, TV and coffee/tea makers.

Comfortable rooms that are kept tidy, have AC, a TV, and coffee/tea makers. Plus, the beds are like sleeping on clouds! ☁️

Our stay at Pulse Inn was a delightful experience. The hotel's excellent location allowed us to explore the city easily. The friendly receptionist provided us with helpful tips about nearby amenities. Our stay at this hotel during the new year was not particularly pleasant. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water, which left us feeling quite uncomfortable, especially given the chilly weather outside.

We were impressed by the excellent service provided from start to finish, especially with the arrangements for a city tour and drop, off at the station. the spacious and clean room with attached bathrooms provided a comfortable stay for a family of four. Best aspects the hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station which made it easy for us to explore the city. We were happy with the arrangement of Bengali food to match our taste.

Dislikes During our two, night stay at the hotel, we faced a few minor issues. We were disappointed when we didn't get WIFI in our room due to the CAA/NRC related protests, and there was no cooking area for lunch/dinner.
